Pre-orders:
Please note that all pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Pre-ordered items take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of shipment. We appreciate your patience and commitment to these exclusive offerings.

General Refunds:
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, we can only offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Non-refundable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Sale items or purchases made using a discount code.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. Include photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Processing Returns:
To process a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has occurred on our part.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchange Policy:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service.

Final Sale:
Please note that certain items are marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
